Business Accounts

We operate Business Accounts designed to make your business travel easier and more efficient to manage.

In addition to the regular services offered to all customers, Business customers can have credit facilities arranged with us so that journeys can be booked on account.

When you open a Business Account, you will be assigned an Account Number for your Company / Organisation, and you will be asked to supply a list of names of people who are allowed to use the account.

Your account cannot be used unless your Business Account Number and an authorised passenger name are provided at the time of ordering a taxi.

This provides account security, and enables your Accounts Manager to easily check each department’s expenditure on taxis.

Business Account holders are issued with monthly itemised invoices giving the following details:

• The time and date of the journey
• The name(s) of the passenger(s)
• The destination
• The charge incurred
